Fate Casters Shorts Publisher Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Fate Casters Shorts Publisher, a private, internal tool operated by Fate Casters to prepare, schedule, and publish Fate Casters video content. The tool is not offered as a public service and does not provide public user accounts.

ACCEPTANCE AND THIRD-PARTY TERMS

By authorizing or using the tool, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Google and YouTube policies:

Google and YouTube may also apply their own terms and policies to their services.

AUTHORIZED USE

The tool may be used only with accounts and content owned by or properly managed for Fate Casters. It may not be used for unlawful activity, to violate another person’s rights, or to publish content without the required permissions.

YOUTUBE AUTHORIZATION

The tool uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services. Its access is limited in practice to the actions described in the Fate Casters Shorts Publisher Privacy Policy: verifying the Fate Casters channel; reading relevant video metadata and status; uploading human-reviewed videos as private when needed; and applying human-approved titles, descriptions, privacy settings, and publication times.

CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fate Casters retains its rights in its original videos, artwork, writing, and other content. Using the tool does not transfer ownership of that content. Google and YouTube retain all rights in their respective services.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

The tool is provided for internal use on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These terms may also be updated; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fate Casters disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the tool or third-party services.
